Trust & Governance
International Film Fund (“IFF”) deploys senior secured private credit within the global screen economy, focusing on transactions associated with established studios, experienced producers, and mature commercial distribution frameworks.
The Fund targets opportunities supported by contracted receivables and structured counterparties operating within recognised industry channels.
IFF engages selectively within professionally managed segments of the industry where delivery processes, contractual structures, and distribution pathways are demonstrably established. Each transaction undergoes structured underwriting, counterparty assessment, and legal review to ensure alignment with defined risk parameters and the Fund’s senior secured mandate.

Investor Orientation
The Fund is offered exclusively to qualifying professional and accredited investors in accordance with applicable regulatory standards.
The strategy targets defined, contract-based income streams derived from legally binding payment obligations, seeking predictable repayment mechanics rather than exposure to speculative box office or performance-driven outcomes.
International Film Fund operates with a deliberately lean structure and controlled cost base, aligning long-duration capital with disciplined underwriting and senior secured risk positioning.
Regulatory Framework & Oversight
International Film Fund operates under the BVI Approved Fund regime. In accordance with this framework, the Fund is not subject to a mandatory audit obligation. Annual independent asset valuation is conducted by the Fund's appointed Valuation Agent — see Service Providers below.
The Fund maintains compliance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing requirements, including oversight by a designated AML/MLRO function.
The Fund adheres to recognised financial reporting standards and complies with applicable BVI Financial Services Commission (“BVI FSC”) regulatory obligations, supporting institutional governance and operational oversight.
The investment strategy focuses on senior secured, contract-backed private credit with defined underwriting parameters and structured downside protection, targeting disciplined risk-adjusted returns.
Leadership & Management Team
-
Andrew Greenough – Director of Investment
-
Andrew Greenough has worked in high-value alternative assets and private capital since the early 2000s, building expertise across the international diamond trade, fine art placement, and entertainment finance before founding the International Film Fund. His career in alternative assets gave him a foundation in working with sophisticated investors, structuring complex transactions, and managing high-value illiquid positions across global markets. In 2007 Andrew moved into entertainment finance, working on the equity side of film and media capital formation.
-
Over nearly two decades he developed deep relationships across studios, distributors, sales agents, producers, and financing counterparties across the US, Europe, and international markets. Having spent his career understanding how capital flows through the entertainment industry from the equity side, Andrew founded IFF to operate exclusively in senior-secured credit.
